Description: Cross-regional program focused on modernizing and strengthening enterprise network infrastructure across multiple critical locations worldwide.
The program consisted of three strategic streams:
Hardening of Critical Infrastructure – security and resilience reinforcement across 7 key locations
LAN/WAN Refresh – modernization of core network infrastructure across 15 strategic sites
Superior Wireless Experience Initiative – redesign and optimization of enterprise Wi-Fi networks across 15 priority locations
The objective was to enhance network performance, security posture, operational stability, and user experience while ensuring global standardization across regions. The program required strong cross-functional coordination with regional Project Managers (APAC, EMEA, North America, LATAM), external vendors, and network engineering teams. Scope included governance, risk management, vendor coordination, executive reporting, and alignment of regional deployment strategies.
