Due to Brexit, it became essential to redesign all customs processes to comply with new regulations and legal requirements governing trade between the UK and the European Union. This included
creating both front-office and back-office teams to handle the new regulatory demands efficiently, ensuring smooth communication with customs authorities, and managing the operational flow. The project’s objective was to maintain operational continuity within the new customs framework while minimizing supply chain disruptions by optimizing processes and adjusting the customs team to the new market realities.
