Description: Program focused on implementing and coordinating Out-of-Band (OOB) management infrastructure across 25 critical locations within a global industrial corporation, including 5 external data centers (e.g., colocation facilities such as Equinix and Vantage). The initiative aimed to strengthen infrastructure resilience, ensure secure remote access to network environments, and enhance business continuity capabilities. The scope included end-to-end coordination of OOB installations during the staging phase, crossregional alignment, risk mitigation, and stakeholder governance across multiple continents. The program required close collaboration with regional Project Managers across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM, ensuring standardized implementation while adapting to location-specific technical and operational
constraints.
